Body Transformation Course

Designed to bridge the gap between personal training and large group training, our small group training programme will teach you to learn to lift effectively, eat appropriately and support you in being the best version of you.

Unleash your potential and learn to build on the fundamentals in building strength and improving your fitness. With up to a maximum of 4 people in each class, we will be able to keep the focus on quality coaching which is our utmost priority.

We passionate about making the programme an all rounded package that supports every aspect of building a healthy active lifestyle. As part of our group, you’ll receive support both in and outside the gym. Find your new limits, no matter what your health and fitness goals our programmes are designed to make you get the most out of your own personal goals.

Prices:

  • Member Price: £250 – £50 deposit to book your space.
  • Non-Member Price: £300 – £50 deposit to book your space. Inc 8-week peak gym membership!

Class Times:

  • Mon: 6am – 7am / 7am – 8am / 8am – 9am / 12.45pm – 1:45pm / 7pm – 8pm
  • Tues: 9am – 10am / 7pm – 8pm
  • Weds: 6am – 7am / 7am – 8am / 8am – 9am / 6pm – 7pm / 7pm – 8pm
  • Thurs: 8am – 9am / 9am – 10am / 6.30pm – 7.30pm /
  • Fri: 6am – 7am / 7am – 8am / 8am – 9am / 12.45pm – 1:45pm / 6pm – 7pm / 7pm – 8pm
  • Sat: 8am – 9am / 9am – 10am

Pick any 3 sessions a week from the class times above which suit you.

Places on our programme are limited to 30 spaces only, and are filled on a first come first served basis.

Course Dates:

  • March 14th – May 7th
  • May 23rd – July 16th
  • August 1st – September 24th
  • October 3rd – November 26th

Places are limited and are filled on a first come first served basis. A £50 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
