Alex Jones

Personal Trainer

Alex has been with us for 4 years and is a qualified level 3 personal trainer. His approach towards training is to ensure his clients are in a relaxed but positive mindset as he feels this attitude will help them connect and adhere to goals that are in place. His philosophy is that “when you enjoy the process, motivation and consistency follow”.

This approach has enabled him to work with a variety of different clients from prepping clients ready for army selection, to helping clients of advancing years become stronger and more confident of everyday movements. His training is fun but WILL challenge your perception of your limits to become a fitter, stronger and better version of yourself.

Ashley Muncaster

Ashley is one of the coaches at Reform & he’s recently qualified as a level 3 personal trainer. Health and fitness has always been a huge part of his life. Playing football from a very young age and pushing himself to academy level played a big part in his love for fitness. The idea of helping other people reach their goals and potentially helping people change their lives is the biggest motivation for Ashley.

We all work very hard to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us.

Nine months ago I joined Reform Lindley, and with the way it has transformed my life I would recommend it to anyone!

One month after joining, Barry recommended a 12 week body transformation programme: I followed this, and I certainly have no regrets. Barry guided me through the training and the nutrition required to achieve my goals, and there was progress within days. The staff too was always very welcoming and supportive, and that has helped with my motivation too!

Barry taught me the importance of the nutrition for me to achieve my goals: I now have the knowledge about a healthy diet for a fit life-style, and am conscious of the foods that I eat in a way I'd never anticipated before. I am enjoying my healthier eating, and I'm saying that after thirty weeks! Barry also taught me how to have a balanced training programme, and this has helped me to develop my physique and to look after my body in a healthy way.

I have valued the way that the transformation programme is run in groups. This has given me motivation during the sessions to push through that little bit harder. Aside from the gym, our group chat has given me support away from the gym, as well as tips on things like new meals!

I am forever going to be grateful for what I have achieved. I now have a body that feels - and looks - healthy! It has boosted my confidence, and I am enjoying my physical efforts so much! I can only offer my gratitude to Barry and the rest of the Reform team - they have been central to me changing my life for a fitter and more fitting future.
